My name is Giselle Nguyen and I’ve been running Buried by the Buzz, formerly known as Shakespeare’s Sister, since February 2009. The blog is named after a Kevin Devine song and refers to the fact that all bands and artists deserve coverage, not just those that have already generated buzz around the internet.

I’m 22 years old and I live in Sydney, Australia. I work in editorial for Sydney’s street press The Drum Media, to which I also regularly contribute. My writing has also been published in Rolling Stone Australia, as well as a number of online outlets.
